Potensi Ekstrak Daun Eceng Gondok (Eichornia crassipes (Mart.) Solms-Laub.) sebagai Bioherbisida untuk Mengendalikan Gulma pada Padi Sawah

چکیده

Biomassa gulma eceng gondok (Eichhornia crassipes) mengandung zat allelopati yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bioherbisida. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi ekstrak bioherbisida mengendalikan pada padi sawah. dilaksanakan November 2016 hingga Agustus 2017 di Kebun Percobaan Cikabayan dan Laboratorium Ecotoxicology Waste and Bioagents, Departemen Agronomi Hortikultura, IPB. disusun dalam rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak (RKLT) dengan satu faktor, empat ulangan. Perlakuan konsentrasi diuji yaitu 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% (bobot/volume). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metanol biomass menekan pertumbuhan spesies Echinochloa colonum, Ludwigia octovalvis, Fimbristylis miliacea. Konsentrasi memperlihatkan penekanan uji tertinggi. Gejala kerusakan ditimbulkan klorosis nekrosis.
